How To Root Myphone A919i Duo And CWM Recovery

Since a lot of Myphone A919i Duo user are looking for some tricks to tweak their smartphones, I came to the though of sharing another rooting tutorial, so lets start.

Rooting Requirements:

• Myphone A919i Duo
• USB Cable
• PC
• Internet
• Patience!

First download this files:

Step by step procedure:

• Enable USB Debugging on the phone. Settings>Developer Options>USB debugging, enable USB debugging check box.
• Download and unrar the file and extract anywhere.

Recommended: Uninstall any currently installed A919i and ADB drivers before installing PDAnet.

• Install PDAnet, connect the phone when prompted, this is to install the drivers needed.
• In the "motochopper" folder, execute run.bat, in Win 7 user use run as Administrator.
• Take a cup of coffee ^_^
• The phone will automatically reboot.
• BOOM! Your now rooted.

Notes:

• You can uninstall PDAnet if you don't need it.
• This will uninstall a very outdated version of SuperSU. Update via Playstore
• *Do at your own risk! I'm not responsible for any damage caused by following this guide.
• Rooting will void your warranty, unless you know how to unroot.
