HTC Butterfly S Specs, Price in PH

HTC has just launched its new mobile phone HTC Butterfly S, an upgrade from the previous HTC Butterfly.
New phones have new questions we really ask, what's the catch?
Since this is an upgrade, additional features like 1.9Ghz Quad-core processor, Android 4.2.2 Jellybean software, and 4MP ultrapixel camera with BSI and LED flash, so what is ultrapixel?

Pixels that are 2.0 µm in size. While some recent high-end smartphones have used 8 or 13 megapixel cameras, the size of the pixels in their sensors have ranged from 1.4 to 1.0 µm.

Technically speaking, 4MP ultrapixel camera is almost likely to be 16 to 20MP in my opinion.
