Finally! The one of the most awaited Cherry Mobile smart phone has been announced, and they dubbed this phone as "the most affordable Dragon Trail Glass Smartphone".
That's absolutely true, meanwhile I was searching the net about Cherry Mobile Razor and I found something interesting that might catch your attention.
In a youtube video, Cherry Mobile was being tested Cherry Mobile Razor in various sharp objects on its screen, and found no traces of slash and scratches on its wake, thanks to the Dragon Trail Glass.

Cherry Mobile Razor doesn't only come with the finest glass, but also razor sharp images with its 4.5-inch qHD IPS display, a five point multi-touch feature that can only be found in high end smartphones, also it can handle razor sharp video recording up to 1080p Full HD.
Finally, thanks to its single micro SIM slot, it won't hog so much battery.

      removing expensive integration would be the best way to reduce the cost, 1750mAh on LTE is unreasonable. $-)

    cherry has come a long way but i'm still being put-off by my experience with their cherry pad turbo and warranty claims processing

    still, this looks like an amazing phone and would have really considered getting this if not for the non 720p resolution (close but not close enough) and the puny battery (absolute deal breaker for me)

      As far as I know no one has still manage to make a review of this, and these specs are according to Cherry Mobile. Sorry, but I have no intention to make a confusion. :>)

    Why compromise the battery capacity and removable feature just to make it slim on a budget phone? It's to frustrate you into buying the more expensive phone. $-)
    This cortex a7 quad is supposed to be efficient as the a5 but still, the qhd display will suck the power dry fast like matron on a hot date.
    With power shortage plaguing modern mobile phones, its silly to compromise the battery like that. Compulsive and uninformed buyers, beware.

      But there are ways to to minimize battery consumption, like using battery saver app, lowering brightness, closing unused apps, turning off of wifi, bluetooth, 3G, GPS when not in use. Though I doubt for those people who doesn't know the way around their smartphones.

      yes i tried installing 3d/mmorpg games. battery heats up n drains so easy. not a typical gamer phone but specs are good. ts worth more than juz the price :)

    Specs-wise, this CM phone really looks promising. Though the 1750 mAh nonremovable battery is kinda a deal breaker. I've had bad experiences with the battery life of some CM phones before and I seriously doubt that their decision regarding the bat is a good move. Changing the battery, once it malfunctions, should be hard to the user. :/

    Guys, this phone is a bang buck for buck. On the average, this will last a day for the average user. unless you game or make 3 hour calls on the go, then you will start having problems with the battery, capacity wise.



    With a quad core A7 processor, this is powerful for it's class. in fact, if price was indeed the matter, they dould have lowered this to a DUAL core cortex A7 and it will still make up for it's price.

    I've tried two razors sa shop.. naglalag.. bakit? quadcore naman ito sana, should we wait sa update? its really a nice phone but hindi cya smooth, pag swipe mo, plaging nag skip..dunno what you call it.. sayang.

    mag-download kasi kayo ng kernel tunner kaya kasi laggy kasi single core lang ang nka-bukas kaya mag-download na kayo ng kernel tunner bago kayo mag-download kung gusto niyo i-root nyo muna ung phone ok? at mag download din po kayo ng battery saver app para di agad nalo-lowbat !
    FYI:this is the most affordable ,reliable Quad core smart phone "na-try ko na po na maibagsak accidentally ang CM Razor 2x sa concrete floor" But still wlang gas-gas at damage at puro face first ang bagsak !

      i also encountered the same problem...yung touch screen swipe to unlock di na gumagana pag nag lock yung screen...need ko pa press and hold the power button to shut it down and turn on para lang mag work ulit ang touch screen swipe to unlock...

      whats the fix on this???

      Where did you buy it? do you have the receipt? IF YOU Bought IT A CM store go back there with the complete package and the receipt

    Im using cm razor for almost a month na. And I haven't experience any lags during games and touch problems. I have a gamebooster instead of kernel tuner. It is more efficient. I rooted my phone using framaroot. Try niyo din. No hassle sa pagroot. My only problem is yung front cam niya during video calls/chat. Green screen ang makikita ng kachat mo. Naghahanap nga po ako ng software update dahil baka dun yung problema e. Pwede niyo po ba ko tulungan?

    guys can you help me sa problem ng touchscreen ng RAZOR ko...

    wala pa siyang 3 weeks pag nag screen lock na siya at try na i-unlock thru swipe screen...di na sya ma-swipe...

    kelangan ko pa siya power reset by pressing and holding the power button para lang mamatay yung phone...

    then pag bukas mo... ok na ulit...ang problema...pag nag lock siya...same problem nanaman...

    guys pls help...thanks
