Via Voice Call, you can do it by:

Dial 221 and Press Send or Call

The customer service's voice record will automatically inform you with your current balance.

Via SMS or Text Message, you can do it by:

Typing *221# and then Press Send or Call

A text message will soon receive indicating your current balance

As for Postpaid, you can Inquire your Balance by SMS or text message:
Type BILLS and send to 205
P1.00 will be deducted to your actual balance per text.
